Grind garlic and mix it with sour cream, add a little pepper, salt and basil. The mixture that turned out, we grease the dough. Cut the bacon into pieces and put it on the sauce. 3. Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into circles and spread them on top of the bacon. 4. Cook souffle: on a fine grater we rub hard cheese, break into it eggs, add a little cream, pepper and salt.
