Tacos with turkey and tomato sauce In ancient times, mankind knew neither spoons nor plates and managed with food the only convenient way - hands, and unleavened flat bread was in these cases the best assistant. Such a tradition existed and still exists among many peoples of the world, and the ancient aborigines of South America were no exception. It was they who came up with the use of thin corn tortillas as cutlery, wrapping in them a variety of fillings. And in this, almost unchanged form, "tacos" (unit number - "tacos") came to us. Filling for tacos can serve: meat, poultry, cheese, vegetables, seafood and greens, there are no strict cooking rules, but it is more convenient to use meat stuffing in the form of minced meat or small pieces, and serve sauces separately. On a large friendly company it is good to give several options of filling on different plates, so that everyone can fill the taco to your liking. Today I propose an easy version of tacos with low-fat turkey meat.
