Necessary ingredients:

Cooking method:
- Pork cut into layers, wrap each in a cellophane bag and discourage. This is done in order to avoid splashing during banging and not to get dirty
- For the "coat" it is necessary: crush garlic in garlic, potato in raw form, rub on a large grater, so the dish will turn out to be more juicy. Crumble the greens, mix. Salt and pepper, mix mayonnaise, wheat flour and eggs

- Prepare the roast. Fry the onions and mushrooms until light (about 10 minutes).

Necessary ingredients:
- minced meat (any, better assorted beef and pork) - 1 kg
- onion head - 2 pcs
- mushrooms (for your taste) - 400 g
- ground pepper
- pork fat
- bread crumbs - 300 gr
- pink pepper
- lettuce leaves - 7-8 pieces
Cooking method:
- Make a stuffing base for the balls: in the mince add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, then divide into equal parts
- We prepare the filling for edible New Year's toys. To do this, chop mushrooms and fry them with onions chopped rings. Spices add to taste
- Roll out equal portions from the stuffing into a plane of medium thickness
