- Thyme - 25 Grams
- Garlic - 8 teeth
- Lemons - 1.5 pieces
- Potatoes - 1 Kilogram
- Olive oil - 75 milliliters
- Salt sea - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken - 1 piece
Mix the leaves of thyme (the twigs can be thrown away, and you can put it in the baking dish with chicken - for the smell), chopped garlic, olive oil and salt. Add the juice of half a lemon, mix well. The hen should be thoroughly washed, drained and put in a plastic bag. Pour the marinade into a bag of chicken. The package is tightly closed and twist-twist, so that the marinade is evenly distributed throughout the chicken. We leave the chicken in the marinade for 3 hours. Marinate the chicken in a cool place. We pick up the pickled chicken from the bag, put it in the baking dish. Inside the chicken put the lemon (whole, but punctured in some places with a fork or knife), several cloves of garlic (whole) and a few twigs of thyme. We put in the baking dish the potatoes, chicken cooked to half-preparedness, sprinkled with olive oil from above - and put in the oven. Bake 1-1.5 hours at 190 degrees. Done. Bon Appetit ;)
