We cook beef with bacon in the oven. The baked meat itself is a "ceremonial" dish. It should predominate on the table, therefore, it must be served on time and in a suitable container. To bake a piece usually take boneless pieces of pork, beef, lamb. This should be meat of high quality, best cut, ham or scapula. We chose a loin of beef meat, the so-called "apple". To make the beef soft and juicy - it must be baked before baking. As a marinade, we used mustard, spices and a little water. And in order for the beef to turn out to be especially juicy - they added bacon to it.
Ingredients:- Beef flesh 1000 g
- Bacon 300 g
- Mustard 5 tsp.
- Garlic 5 denticles
- Basil dry 1 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Mixture of hops-suneli 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 Take a piece of beef, bacon, mustard, garlic and spices.
- Step 2 Before pickling meat - garbage it with garlic. To do this, we cut the cloves of garlic with sticks, make holes with a knife and put garlic in them.
- Step 3 Then we spread the mustard on the meat in a uniform layer.
- Step 4 Add spices and salt to taste.
- Step 5 Now put the meat in a deep dish and pour a little water. Marinade is ready. We send the beef to marinate in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
- Step 6 Now prepare the bacon. It should be cut into thin, long pieces. And the thinner and longer they get, the better.
- Step 7 Bacon seasoning with black pepper, paprika and salt. And we send it to the refrigerator.
- Step 8 Before baking, lined with foil shape (shiny side outward). We put marinated beef and bacon in it.
- Step 9 Bacon should be laid out in even rows, completely covering the surface of a piece of beef.
- Step 10 Cover the meat with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 220 ° C for 1 hour. Then open the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
