For 35-40 minutes you can always make this wonderful dessert and please your loved ones. Black currant is an unusually useful berry. If you eat only 20 berries a day, you can provide the body with a daily requirement for vitamin C. It also contains vitamins B, P, A and E. Microelements of copper, magnesium, manganese, silver, sulfur. By the way, such mousse can be prepared from any berries.
Ingredients:- Black currant 200 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Groats manna 4 tbsp. l.
- Water 500 ml
- Step 1 To prepare this dessert, we need: black currant (fresh or frozen), sugar, semolina and water.
- Step 2 Carefully wash my currant, put it in a saucepan, pour 1 glass of water. We put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Step 3 Then the water in which the currant was cooked is poured into a separate bowl, but in no case is it poured out. And we rub the berries through a sieve.
- Step 4 We get puree from black currant. We do not throw out the cake.
- Step 5 In a saucepan pour the broth, which was brewed berries. We put cake, pour another 1 glass of water and boil for 5 minutes. We do not need to cook for a long time - we want to keep all the vitamins to the maximum. Then filter our second broth.
- Step 6 In this second broth we put berry puree. Bring this mixture to a boil and pour semolina. We cook thick semolina porridge. We put the sugar. I must say that 100 g is not the limit. Currant berry sour, so be guided by your taste.
- Step 7 Ready mousse we cool minutes 10-15. Then beat the mixer in a thick foam.
- Step 8 A delicious and very useful dessert is ready. In this case, the taste of semolina is absolutely not felt.
