Ingredients:

• Wheat flour 1 tbsp.

• Sour cream 200 g
• Curd 500g
• Gelatin 4 tsp.

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare the blueberry cake, you need to bake a biscuit for the base of the cake and fill it with curd and berry stuffing. Take eggs, sugar, flour, starch, vanilla sugar; blueberries, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, gelatin.
• Step 2 Pour gelatin with warm water and leave to swell. Beat 4 eggs with a mixer. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping.
• Step 3 Pour the egg-sugar mixture into a bowl, gently mix in it sifted flour and starch. Stir from the bottom up. The received weight to pour in the demountable form and to put in the oven heated up to 180 °. Bake for 25 minutes until dry.

• Step 9 Add the remainder of the gelatin mixture to the bilberry mixture.
• Step 10 Remove the biscuit base from the oven. Cut the top part of the cake.
• Step 11 Place the cake in the mold, pre-sheet the sides of the mold with a film.
• Step 12 Pour two colors on the cake alternately.
• Step 13 Mix the top layer with a ray. Put the cake for 15 minutes in the freezer. And then for 2 hours in the refrigerator for a full hardening. Before serving, remove the cake from the mold, remove the film, cut into portions.
