- Bilberry - 100 Grams
- Milk - 300 Milliliters
- Whipped Cream - 50 Grams
- Sugar - 50 Grams
- Starch - 10 Grams
Using a blender, crush the blueberries to mash. We pour in the milk, begin to heat, as it warms up - add starch. Stirring, cook until the mixture of consistency becomes like a kissel. We cool the resulting thick mixture, add whipped cream to it, put ice cream in the refrigerator for half an hour, then for another couple of hours - in the freezer. Everything, the delicious blueberry ice cream is ready :)
