- Onions - 2 Pieces (large, finely chopped)
- Beef minced - 1 Kilogram
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Canned tomatoes - 500 Grams
- Tomato paste - 2 items. spoons
- Oil - 2 items. spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
In a deep frying pan heat the oil. Add the onion, bay leaf and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add minced meat and stirring to cook until mincemeat is ready (about 5 minutes). Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir well and cook under the lid for 10 minutes on low heat. The sauce is ready. Bon Appetit.
