Flakes are fried for a few minutes in a mixture of butter, honey and sugar and acquire a very interesting flavor and taste. Its flavor notes are also added by the walnut. Ingredients:- Butter 70 g
- Sugar 70 g
- Honey 4 tbsp. l.
- Buckwheat flakes 100 g
- Walnut 120 g
- Step 1 For cooking buckwheat kozinakov we need butter, buckwheat flakes, sugar, honey (better buckwheat), nuts.
- Step 2 Connect the honey, sugar and oil.
- Step 3 Melt everything to a homogeneous mass.
- Step 4 Add the fast-cooking buckwheat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Step 5 Add the ground nuts.
- Step 6 Boil another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mass becomes viscous.
- Step 7 Lay the mass in a layer 1 cm thick onto parchment paper. Align the edges.
- Step 8 Slightly cool the mass cut into squares. Serve kozinaki when they completely cool.
