Ingredients:

• Butter 155 g
• Salt 7 g
• Dried apricots 50g
• Whisker 250 ml
• Orange 1 pc.
• Vanillin 3 g

• Baking powder 1 tsp.
• Sugar 200g
• Flour, wheat 350 g
• Flour, corn 10 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To bake a cake, we will need butter, eggs, flour, vanillin, orange peel, sour milk, dried apricots, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon (optional).
• Step 2 Beat 150 g of softened butter and sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes.

• Step 5 Sift the flour, add salt, baking powder and soda.
• Step 6 Pour the flour mixture into three sets, alternating with sour milk, all the time to mix the mass. Start with the addition of flour.

• Step 8 Add dried apricots to dried apricots. Mix everything again.
