Scherbet with nuts and raisins Sherbet from Korovka is a delicacy reminiscent of oriental sweets, creamy and fondant with the addition of nuts, biscuits and raisins. All components harmonize well with each other, enriching the taste and complementing each other. From ready-made sweets and cookies delicacy is prepared quickly and simply. Ingredients:- Candy "Korovka" 200 g
- Cream 50 ml
- Biscuit shortbread cookies 100 g
- Hazelnut 100 g
- Dark raisins 50 g
- Step 1 Remove the candies from the wrapper. Remove the cookies from the package. Hazel slightly fry, remove the husks. Raisins and rinse. Cream should be taken in fat content of 33%.
- Step 2 Candy break into smaller pieces, melt on a small fire with the addition of cream.
- Step 3 Chop the cookies in a blender into small crumbs and add to the hot mass.
- Step 4 Add the same raisin and hazelnut. Mix.
- Step 5 Cover the form with parchment paper, pour the candy mass into the prepared form.
- Step 6 Cool, leave it in the refrigerator for a night or a day. Cut into small portions. Serve for tea or coffee.
