Salad from root crops with apples What can be tastier and more useful than fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits? If you like to experiment in the kitchen, creating new culinary masterpieces based on well-known recipes or mixing different ingredients, then for sure you have repeatedly invented some of your salads and snacks. If you still do not dare to give vent to your own imagination, then start small, with the reproduction of the original recipes of those dishes that have never been cooked. And, it can be not only complex, "ceremonial" dishes, but also the simplest salads from the most usual ingredients. For example, a simple salad of celery with an apple and carrots is difficult to surprise someone, but if you cook for him an unusual dressing, then his taste will change almost beyond recognition. Our habit of filling salads solely with vegetable oil or mayonnaise impoverishes our diet very much. But there is such a space for creativity! Now it's not a problem to buy ready-made sauces, and spices, herbs and other ingredients necessary for making your own tincture. A salad of celery with an apple and carrots can, of course, refill with the usual olive oil, but adding a bit of mustard and soy sauce to it, you can get a completely new taste.
Ingredients:- Celery root 150 g
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For a salad is better to take juicy sweet apples, 1-2 small carrots and celery root.
- Step 2 Carrots are well washed, cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Step 3 Peel the celery root and cut into thin strips.
- Step 4 Peel the apples from the peel and seeds and cut into thin strips.
- Step 5 For refueling, connect 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp of mustard and lemon juice - it's good to stir everything up.
