1. Peel the celery, cut into strips 5.5 cm long. Peel and cut the onions. Put all vegetables in a saucepan and pour with vegetable broth or water. Bring to a boil, reduce the gas, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until all vegetables become tender. This will take approximately 20 minutes. 2. While the vegetables are being prepared, let's start cooking white sauce. Melt butter in a clean pan, add flour, mix well and cook for a minute or two. Gradually pour in the milk, thoroughly mixing, then let it simmer on the mild flame for a few minutes to make the flour ready. Remove from heat. When the vegetables are ready, turn them into puree with a blender. 3. Pour the white sauce into the vegetable puree and mix well. Preheat the soup without boiling, and immediately serve on the table with a few slices of fresh bread.
