- Step 9 Knead the dough. Roll it into a ball. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

- Step 12 Lubricate the parts with the egg yolk and sprinkle with a mixture of spices. Put in a hot oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.
