Ingredients:

• Flour, wheat 250 g
• Butter 150 g
• Curd 150g
• Gouda cheese 70 g
• Baking Powder 2g
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Salt 1 tsp.
• Sugar 1 tsp.
• Black pepper powder 3 g
• Paprika sweet ground 3 g
• Rosemary dry 4 g
• Zira (Cumin) ground 4 g
• Anis 4 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare crackers, you need to take flour, butter, fatty cottage cheese, any hard cheese, baking powder, egg, salt and sugar, black pepper and paprika. For sprinkling, take a mixture of spices: rosemary, zira, anise.
• Step 2 Sift the flour, add baking powder.
• Step 3 Grate the cheese finely.
• Step 4 Mix the flour with the grated cheese.
• Step 5 Add to this mass pepper, paprika, salt and sugar. Mix.
• Step 6 Chop the cold oil into pieces.
• Step 7 Mix with the cottage cheese.
• Step 8 Combine the dry mixture with the curd-butter mixture.
• Step 9 Knead the dough. Roll it into a ball. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
• Step 10 Divide the ball into 4 parts. Roll each part into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick.
• Step 11 Cut into pieces.
• Step 12 Lubricate the parts with the egg yolk and sprinkle with a mixture of spices. Put in a hot oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.
• Step 13 Cool. Serve for tea or coffee.
