Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Spray the square shape with foil, leaving the shed at the edges. Mix chocolate and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Set the bowl on the pots with boiling water. Stir until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat, add sugar, egg, egg white, mashed potatoes, vanillin and salt. Mix with whisk until smooth. In a small bowl, mix the flour and cocoa. Add to the chocolate mixture. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. allow to cool completely in the form. Extract the cakes from the mold, remove the foil and, using a serrated knife, cut into 12 rectangles.
