Chocolate capkake is the secret of a "lazy" cook. This easy-to-prepare dessert with a velvety taste of cocoa and vanilla can become a decoration of a festive table, a pleasant surprise to a loved one or simply an occasion for an extraordinary tea party.
Ingredients (for 8 cupcakes):
- Water - 120 ml
- Cocoa powder - 25 g
- Flour Extra Class - 85 g
- Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 g
- Butter - 55 g
- Sugar - 125 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Pour into the bowl of hot boiled water cocoa powder and beat the mass until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool
- In a separate container, mix the flour, salt and baking powder
- Combine butter and sugar and beat them with a mixer until the cream brightens and becomes airy. Add egg and beat well again
- In the oily-egg mass, add flour and mix thoroughly
- Add vanilla essence to the dough
- Combine the oil mixture with the cooled cocoa mass and beat the mixer at medium speed
- Pour batter into serving portions for cupcakes
- Bake the capcake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
