Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mold the baking sheet with aluminum foil and oil it. Melt the butter in the microwave, add sugar and salt. Beat with whisk. Beat the egg, cocoa and flour until smooth. Mix with the oil mixture and put the dough into the prepared form. Bake, 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Keep the oven hot. Meanwhile, cook the coconut stuffing. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Gently mix in flour and coconut shavings (with the exception of 1/2 cup of coconut chips). Pour the mixture onto a chocolate base, sprinkle 1/2 cup of coconut chips. Bake until golden brown, from 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the form. Cut into 24 slices. Store in a sealed container for 3 to 4 days.
