- Creamy margarine - 100 Grams

- Sour Cream - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
Boil 1 glass of water in a small saucepan, add the creamy margarine, after boiling, cover the flour with a slide and immediately knead it into a homogeneous mass. Allow to cool slightly. Add whipped eggs and mix well. Place the dough in a bag. Make a cut in the corner of the package, squeeze the dough into a baking tray with "logs". Prepare the cream. Mix sugar with sour cream. Ready poleshki spread on a dish, sandwiching the cream and sprinkling with walnuts and raisins. You can also add dried apricots and prunes.
