Peel the onions and carrots in a saucepan and pour cold water. Add bay leaf, salt and pepper. Let it boil. Peel the fillet of cod in boiling broth. Simmer for 10 minutes (see to it that the broth does not boil). Boil the eggs from the shell and chop. Finely chop the greens. After 10 minutes, remove the cod from the pan. Cool, select the bones and cut into slices. Melt butter in a saucepan, then add to it eggs and a couple of spoonfuls of broth. Put the mashed potatoes on the plate and the fish on top. Pour the fish with sauce and sprinkle with herbs. Bon Appetit!
