1. Finely chop the bacon. Chop the basil. Clean the fish, remove the skin from it. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add bacon, as well as 2 tbsp. olive oil. Cook until the bacon becomes crispy, it should take about 5 minutes. Constantly turn over. Add breadcrumbs, stir and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the butter and chopped basil and continue stirring until the butter has melted. Move the contents of the frying pan to one side of it. 2. Tear off a piece of kitchen foil or parchment paper, large enough that it can be wrapped with cod. Put the fish on foil or parchment paper, pour in 1 tbsp. fault and wrap. Repeat the same procedure with the second fish. Place the wrapped fish in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
