Compote from the viburnum

Calina should be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned of debris. Cut the apples into slices. Ingredients:

• Water - 2 liters
• Apples - 2 pieces
• Berries - 3 pieces (chokeberry, hawthorn, dog rose)
• Sugar - 3 Art. spoons
• Cinnamon - 1 Pinch (optional)
• Mint - 1 Pinch (optional)
• Kalina - 300 Grams

Instructions

Calina should be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned of debris. Cut the apples into slices. Take the berries in a special bowl. Here, chokeberry, add hips or some other berries to it. Add sugar and crush. Add the mixture to the already boiling apples. Stir all. Add the viburnum. Cook on medium heat, remove the cold and serve it to the table.
