Conflicts in the workplace

Conflicts at work are not uncommon, but very few people can deal with them and go out with the least loss. A big conflict is a big trouble for everyone, it can affect even those who have nothing to do with it. It is important to understand what the essence of the conflict is and to approach the solution of the problem with the mind.


Conflict within yourself.

The essence of such conflicts is clearer: in any organization, people invariably compete with each other for promotion, bonuses, responsibility and status. Sometimes there are conflicts between management and ordinary employees, which are due to the struggle for actual power, because it happens that some ordinary employee has much more weight in the eyes of the rest than the boss.

Try to understand the reason for your opponent's negative attitude towards you. Sometimes it seems that it is only because a person is worse than ever. In fact, often everyone just defends their interests and nothing more.
Do not demonstrate your superiority, if the conflict has not yet begun, and it is not profitable for you to have it.

Do not ignore the interests of employees, if it depends on you, whether they will be taken into account.
And do not try to leave at the expense of someone, it will certainly open.

It does not matter whether you are a manager or a subordinate, it is important that you have a comfortable atmosphere around you that does not interfere with normal work and success. If the outcome of the conflict depends on you, try to think not only about yourself, but also about those on whom it will necessarily affect.
