Spinach is fried with garlic, then add the cheese and mix everything in a mixer. Mushrooms are stewed in cream, after which they also go to the mixer. Each filling is seasoned with salt in accordance with the taste needs of each, i.e. optional. Pancakes are stacked on each other and are sandwiched with fillings. Before serving, cut the pie portion by part, pour it on sour cream and decorate with dill and parsley.
