- olive oil - 6-7 Art. spoons
- small bundle of leaves of arugula - 1 piece
- beef prosciutto - 60 Grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 Grams (grated)
- ready dough for pizza - 1 piece
Evenly distribute the slices of the ham on the pizza. Put the handkerchief on top. Add parmesan, you can sprinkle already grated cheese, or can be small thin slices, cut with a knife. Serve immediately, until the pizza is cold. You can put it in the oven for a couple of minutes, so that the cheese melts slightly.
