Cowberry jam

To make a delicious cranberry jam, it is better to use fresh cranberries, however Ingredients: Instructions

To make a delicious cranberry jam, it is better to use fresh cowberries, but you can - and frozen. Thoroughly wash our cranberries, let them dry. All our ingredients - 4 cups of cranberries, 1.5 cups of sugar and a little water - put in a saucepan and put on a slow fire. After a couple of minutes, the cranberries will soften, and with the aid of a crush, without removing the pan from the melted fire, one must crush all the berries. Bring our sugar and berry mass to a boil. Let it leave for 2-3 minutes, so that the sugar dissolves well. We remove it from the fire, let it cool down a bit - and our cowberry jam is ready. You can serve to the table, you can roll up in sterilized jars for storage.
