Using a blender, grind the peanuts into a large crumb. Finely chop onion and fry in butter until half cooked. Add the spices and mix well. Vermicelli cook in salted water until half-ready (3 minutes), then strain and rinse with boiled water. Next, put the vermicelli into a skillet to the onion. Vermicelli with onions to mix, then add to them nuts and a couple of spoons of flour. Content to pour juice of one lemon, cover and sink for several minutes. Salt and season to taste.
