Put in a bowl: 250 g of flour, 1 egg, 10 g of powdered sugar, 10 g of vanilla sugar, 125 g of butter, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of soda and 20 g of yeast. Knead at a slow speed, slowly pouring in the milk. Cover the bowl and put in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Preheat the waffle iron. Add 150 grams of large sugar crystals to the dough and mix well. Note: the sugar crystals are added at the last minute so that they do not dissolve. Fry the waffles until golden brown.
