- water - 1/2 cup
- soy sauce - 4 teaspoons
- vinegar - 1/2 cup
- pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
- cornstarch - 4 Art. spoons
- sugar - 1 glass
Mix the water, soy sauce, vinegar and pineapple juice in a small saucepan. Add sugar and cornstarch. Stir evenly with a whisk. Bring to a boil. Cook for medium-low heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat. You can serve both hot and cold. When cooled, the sauce thickens.
