  2. For lunch we eat leaf lettuce and meat, remember that we eat only boiled. For dinner, eat a couple of eggs, orange or grapefruit.
  3. In the afternoon we eat cucumbers and boiled meat. We have dinner with two boiled eggs.

The menu of the fourth day of a diet.

The following products are distributed in any proportions and are consumed throughout the day.
