Pumpkin biscuits with oatmeal

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Spread the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone rug, set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt. In a medium bowl mix the butter and both types of sugar at medium speed for 1 minute before forming a creamy consistency. Add the egg and whip until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and pumpkin puree, beaten. 2. Reduce the speed of the mixer, gradually add flour mixture and whisk at low speed until a uniform consistency is formed. Using a spoon for ice cream put the balls of dough on a prepared baking sheet. 3. Use on each cookie about 1 teaspoon of dough with a slide. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes until it is browned at the edges. 4. Let the prepared liver lightly cool on a baking sheet. Then put the cookies on the counter and allow to cool completely before serving.
