Quite by chance on the eve of the holiday, four wild turkeys were shot in the nearest forest, and they were cooked for refreshments. Since then, such a holiday was arranged every year, and a half centuries later it became the official national holiday of America, received the name of Thanksgiving. As for the turkey, it came very much to the taste of the young American nation. She began to breed and cook for Christmas and other holidays. And in everyday life, tender and delicious turkey meat has become very popular. It boils, fries, stew, cook cutlets, schnitzels, medallions and many other gastronomic delights. Cutlets from turkey are lush, tender and not fat.
Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 600g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Loaf of 0.25 pcs.
- Milk 0.5 tbsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Parsley dried 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare turkey cutlets, onions, eggs, milk, a loaf must be slightly dried.
