Ingredients:

• Turkey fillet 600g
• Onions 1 pc.
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Loaf of 0.25 pcs.
• Milk 0.5 tbsp.
• Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
• Parsley dried 1 tsp.
• Pepper black ground 1 pinch
• Salt 2 pinch

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare turkey cutlets, onions, eggs, milk, a loaf must be slightly dried.
• Step 2 Baton soak in milk for 10-15 minutes.
• Step 3 Loin the turkey fillets and cut them, peel the onions and cut them large.
• Step 4 Twist the fillet together with the onion in a meat grinder.
