- peaches - 5 glasses
- raspberry - 3/4 Cups
- brown sugar - 2 items. spoons
- granulated sugar - 3 teaspoons
- cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
- cinnamon - 1/8 teaspoons
- flour - 3/4 Glass
- baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
- soda - 1/4 teaspoons
- salt - 1 pinch
- butter - 2 items. spoons
- yoghurt - 2 1/2 Art. spoons
- milk - 2 items. spoon (low-fat)
- extract of vanilla - 1/4 teaspoons
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a pie shape mix the peaches, raspberries, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. In a bowl, mix the flour, 2 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Add oil, stir. Whisk yoghurt, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Add the flour mixture. Knead the dough on the working surface to a thickness of 2 cm. Put the dough over the fruit mixture, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and bake in the middle of the oven until golden, from 20 to 25 minutes.
