Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a pie shape mix the peaches, raspberries, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. In a bowl, mix the flour, 2 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Add oil, stir. Whisk yoghurt, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Add the flour mixture. Knead the dough on the working surface to a thickness of 2 cm. Put the dough over the fruit mixture, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and bake in the middle of the oven until golden, from 20 to 25 minutes.
