Diet for the waist

The goal is to make your waist thin, sensual and seductive.
Try to exclude chocolate and puddings from your diet, drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruit.

Breakfasts (choose one of the options):
a) half a medium-sized melon, 100 grams of homemade cheese;
b) 25 g unsweetened cereal, one apple.

Lunches (choose one of the options):
a) half a medium-sized melon, 150 g of fish cooked on a grill, broccoli, cabbage;
b) two slices of bread from wholemeal flour, salad from non-calorie vegetables, 50 g of chicken (without skin), 35 g of low-calorie cheese.

Dinners (choose one of the options):
a) 125 g of low-fat steak cooked on a grill, 50 g of peas, baked tomatoes;
b) 75 grams of any cold meat, a large portion of mixed salad;
c) 125 g pork chop, grilled, a large portion of mixed salad.

In addition to diet, you need to perform a simple exercise. Stand up, feet shoulder width apart, put your hands on the back of the head. From this position, lean forward, strongly turning the torso to the side, and tap the right elbow of the left knee. Straighten and again bend over, touching the left elbow of the right knee. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Dancing is also very good, especially twist.
