The second day : cabbage soup, any fresh or stewed vegetables without restrictions, a teaspoon low-calorie sauce, you can bake 1 potato, tea or coffee without sugar.

The fourth day : cabbage soup, bananas (up to 5-6 pieces), 7-8 glasses of milk.

The fifth day : cabbage soup, tomatoes (up to 5-6 pieces), unlimited amount of fish or chicken meat, milk or yogurt (up to 250 ml), sauce, tea or coffee.

Sixth day : absolutely everything that was on the previous day.

Seventh day : cabbage soup, fruits and vegetables without restrictions, low-calorie sauce, milk or yogurt (up to 200 ml), tea or coffee.

Now you can make sure that this diet is not so bad as it might seem. The essence of such a diet is not to eat less, but to eat right. Therefore, do not be surprised that you lose weight with this diet - this vegetable diet, despite the apparent innocence and lightness, one of the most effective in the struggle for rapid weight loss. It may seem that she will force to abandon many of her favorite foods: sweet, fatty, meat or fish, but believe me, this is the most tolerable diet in comparison with the rest, which will give you much less deprivation. Still positive is that you are completely free in choosing the daily rate of vegetables, fruits, coffee or tea. You are given to determine the standard and adjust the amount eaten for yourself. In this basic, the most important plus of this vegetable diet. In addition, of course, that it contributes to rapid weight loss.

But if you do not want to adhere to a specific diet, you can spend for yourself unloading "vegetable days." On such days you can take up to 1.5 kg of any vegetables, cook them in various ways (fry, boil, put out) or just make a fresh salad and eat it all during the day, preferably for 5-6 receptions.

For example, you can make a vinaigrette: grate 200 g of beets (raw and boiled 50/50), 100 g of raw carrots, salted cucumber, 2 tbsp. spoon peas, a little green onions, a couple of cloves of garlic, all season with vegetable oil or lemon sauce.

The effectiveness of "unloading days" has long been proven, they help the body to cleanse itself of toxins and be in shape. In addition, they also contribute to weight loss, they also raise your spirits, because after such a day you will feel light and confident for a long time!

You can also include one egg and a couple of apples in the day's diet. Another day should drink at least 2 liters of green tea or mineral still water. Despite its undemanding, this diet quite effectively normalizes the diet.
