Diet, affectionately called in the ladies' circle "protaction", is designed for a ten-week course and allows you to lose from 5 to 7 kg, and the effect of it lasts at least two to three months.

The food system "protaction" allows you to eat at any time, when you want, but only those products that come in a pre-specified diet for 10 weeks: fruits, raw vegetables, eggs, milk dishes with low fat content, lean meat. Yes, because the menu is based on the restriction of carbohydrates, which are contained in bread, confectionery, high-calorie meat and even in all kinds of sweetened and flavored yogurt. At the same time, natural dairy products and eggs provide the body with the necessary amount of proteins and calcium, so "braking" does not make the nails fragile, the skin is irritated, and the hair is dry. By the way, throughout the diet, drinking alcohol is prohibited. But to limit yourself in a liquid is by no means impossible: it should be drunk at least 2 liters per day. Tea and coffee can be drunk in any quantity, most importantly - without sugar. If you follow all the recommendations, for the third or fourth week you will notice a clear decrease in weight, and the effect will remain for another three to four months. However, this method of losing weight is recommended not to be used more than twice a year. Between 10-11 regular cycles there should be large breaks. After all, in addition to the merits (the main of which is a tightened body), there are shortcomings in the "braking". The diet limits the intake of animal protein (especially in the first two weeks), so it is not possible to lose weight to those who have recently had a cold, acute respiratory disease, severe stress. In addition, the diet is not suitable for people with latent or identified lactase deficiency (the inability of the body to fully digest dairy products). The same applies to those who have problems with the gastrointestinal system: there are too many raw vegetables and fruits on the menu, cellulose and acids of which cause fermentation and irritate the mucous membrane. The undoubted minus of the diet is also that it prescribes a restriction in broths - they can only be consumed from the fourth week on. Meanwhile, the walls of the stomach need almost daily consumption of low-fat broths, since they have a calming effect on mucous tissues.

2 weeks: fruits, vegetables.

In the first two weeks the diet restricts the consumption of fats and offers to eat mainly low-calorie dairy products (yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese), make salads from fresh vegetables (use lemon juice or fermented milk as a dressing), drink juices and eat fruit - mostly green apples . But high-calorie fruits are not recommended. Therefore, we must forget about bananas, mangoes, dried apricots, prunes, grapes. But every day you can eat one boiled egg.

3-4 weeks: meat and cereals

On the third or fifth week, small portions of low-fat meat, fish or poultry are added to vegetables, curd and apples - 250-300 g per day. Therefore, you can cook soups, bake or stew foods. The main thing is to cook on a small amount of vegetable oil: no creamy. The proportion of cheese and yogurt in the diet is gradually decreasing, but there are cereals, and therefore, you can cook porridge.

4-5 weeks: exit from the diet

In addition to those already allowed in the diet, other prohibited foods are gradually added, except for baking and sweet foods. For breakfast, you can brew cereals in low-fat milk. Another permitted dish is scrambled eggs with cheese and greens. Soup is brewed on fish or chicken broth, and salads are seasoned with vegetable oil or sour cream.
