  3. In a voluminous saucepan mix eggs, warm milk, melted butter and pork fat (you can not add them very hot!). Mix all the ingredients.
  4. We add vegetable oil, raisins, vanilla, salt, vodka. We pour out the yeast that came up. All is well we rub. If you do everything right, the mass will be pleasantly warm.
  5. In portions add flour to the mass, almost everything. The dough should be more dense than on pancakes, but not steep! It must look very elastic. We put the dough in the heat play for 3-4 hours. We make sure that it does not run away, we knock it down with a spoon as necessary.

  6. We prepare the forms, grease them, spread them with parchment. Fill the forms with a test in half the form. Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
  7. We beat up the frosting, we still decorate the hot tops of the puffs with it and the confectionery powder. Easter turns out amazingly tasty and magnificent. The dough is light and fragrant - just a miracle!
