Below is a simple Easter recipe. I know that in Russia this batch is called "Easter cake", however, in Ukraine it is usually called "Easter". However, what's the difference, how to call - the main thing that we know what is at stake :) And everyone is entitled to call as he is used to. So, the recipe: 1. Yeast to grind with 250 grams of well warm milk. Leave in a warm place. 2. Beat eggs with sugar until foam. In the mass add sour cream, the rest milk (warm), approached the yeast, mix thoroughly and leave the mass for 3-4 hours. 3. Add vodka, melted fats, vanillin, raisins, stir. Adding portions of flour, knead the dough. Leave it for 2 hours to play in a warm place. Watch that does not run away. Shoot down if necessary. 4. Expand by shape - no more than a third of the volume of the form. Wait to go in the form of 10-15 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate if desired - glaze and sprinkling. Done! ;)
