- Fish fillet - 900 Grams
- Olive or sunflower oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Lemon juice - 1/2 Pieces
- Salt and ground black pepper - - To taste
- Breadcrumbs - 70 Grams
- Parmesan cheese - 20 Grams
- Parsley - - To taste
Cut fish fillets into portions. Each piece of fish rubbed with salt and pepper, sprinkled with lemon juice and olive oil. On a small grater we rub hard cheese. In one bowl, add grated cheese, finely chopped parsley and breadcrumbs. We mix it well. Each piece of fish is properly rolled in a dry mixture. Then we spread the fish on the grate, and under the grate we must place the pan with foil - there will be a drop of juice. Once again, sprinkle the fish with olive oil - and into the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes. The fish fillet in breadcrumbs with Parmesan is ready.
