- seasonings for poultry - 1/2 Teaspoons

- Ground black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- egg yolk, whisk - 2 pieces
- beer or water - 11/2 Glass
- vegetable oil for frying - 1 liter
- whole chicken, cut into pieces - 1 piece
In one bowl, mix 3 cups of flour, garlic salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, paprika and seasoning for poultry. In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/3 cup of flour, salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, egg yolks and beer. You may need to add a little beer if the dough is too thick. Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Dampen each piece of chicken with a little water, and then dip the flour. Shake off and dip into dough, and then again into flour. Gently place the chicken pieces in hot oil. Fry 15 - 18 minutes, or until well browned.
