Cut the turkey into cubes about 1 cm. Place the meat in the bowl, add the flour, egg, starch. Then add to the meat teriyaki sauce, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and leave to marinate - you can and for several hours, but if in a hurry - 10 minutes will be enough. In the meantime, we thoroughly rinse the spinach. The bulb is cut with arrows, pepper is cut into strips, tomatoes - small cubes. In the wok we warm up the olive oil. We throw there pieces of meat and fry in small portions until a thin crust appears. We roast the fried meat with a whisk and remove it from the wok and put it on a plate. Glass noodles, meanwhile, are poured with boiling water for a couple of minutes, then drain the water. When all the meat is fried - put in the wok finely chopped chili and onions. Fry on a quick fire for 10-15 seconds, then add the spinach, mix and cook another 1 minute. Then add the tomatoes in the wok, mix, prepare another 2-3 minutes on a quick fire. When the tomatoes turn into sauce and boil, add peppers, glass noodles and meat. Mix well, warm up for no more than 1 minute - and remove from heat. We serve immediately. Bon Appetit! :)
