1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll out each cookie from the package until it becomes very thin. Lightly oil each biscuit with olive oil. Put on a baking sheet, oiled, and bake for 8 minutes, until the golden color of the dough. Remove from the oven and set aside. 2. Mix fried beans with 3 tablespoons of salsa. Heat on the stove. Preheat ground beef. Season to taste. 3. Lay the fried beans on each cake. Top with ground beef and spread evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese Cheddar from above.
