Chicken salad with mushrooms Quite rich, high-calorie and tasty, but at the same time not requiring special effort salad. In my house to cook quite often for quite ordinary reasons: the components are always at hand, very quickly and very satisfying, and most importantly - everyone is happy: both the cook and the eaters! Mushrooms take any to taste even fresh, at least canned, though frozen; and you can also add cedar instead of walnuts to the salad. Salad is equally tasty as in a cold form (then season with mayonnaise), and in hot.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 800g
- Marinated champignons 800 g
- Carrot 3 pcs.
- Onions 3 pcs.
- Sunflower unrefined oil 100 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Walnut 200 g
- Mayonnaise 200 g
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we will need chicken fillet, mushrooms (I have marinated mushrooms), carrots, onions, vegetable oil, walnuts, salt and pepper.
- Step 2 Pour the chicken fillet with cold water and boil until cooked, adding 0.5 tsp. salt. Cool in the same water, which was cooked for another 20 minutes.
- Step 3 Cut the cooled chicken fillets into small cubes. Nuts chop.
- Step 4 Cut the onion into thin quarters.
- Step 5 Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft.
- Step 6 Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Step 7 Fry carrots in oil until soft.
- Step 8 Cut mushrooms into strips.
- Step 9 Fry in oil for 4 minutes. They should not be very fried.
- Step 10 Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 11 Mix the ingredients and serve to the table, immediately before serving, season with mayonnaise. Bon Appetit!
