1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Fix the baking tray with parchment paper or sprinkle with oil in a spray. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. 2. Beat eggs and sugar together for about 1 minute. Stir in honey, vanilla, finely grated orange peel and lavender flowers. Add the flour and mix everything together with a rubber spatula. Divide the dough in half and place each half on a prepared baking sheet. 3. Sprinkle the hands with flour and roll each half into a rectangle about 30 cm in length and 5 cm in width. 4. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown and the appearance of cracks on the surface. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 160 degrees. Place both loaves on a cutting board and cut into slices diagonally about 1 cm thick. 5. Put the slices back on the baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, then turn over again and bake for another 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
