For the dough, just mix all the ingredients except the jam, and we'll crunch them with a whisk to a homogeneous consistency. In a frying pan warm up a little vegetable oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of dough into the heated frying pan. Fry until done (quickly, not more than a minute) on one side. We turn over - and until ready on the other side. Similarly, we bake all the other pancakes. Every pancake is generously greased with jam. We wrap the tube - and serve it to the table. You can decorate with fresh berries and whipped cream.
