Preparing honey from dandelions Honey is possible to cook yourself no worse than bees. I decided to give you an easy recipe for aromatic honey for discussion and testing. The main thing is to have time to collect dandelions, while they have not yet given all the pollen to the toiler-bees or back to cover. The best time is morning. If you lose a little inflorescence with your fingers, then there will be yellow pollen on your hands. This is a sign that honey will turn out to be delicious and fragrant. And the rest of the method of honey making is now considered together. All culinary good inspiration and, as always, I expect your comments!
