Water in our life plays a huge role. H2O is not only an integral part of the cycle in nature, but also an indispensable part of our life. With the help of water, we wash ourselves, bathe, prepare food, clean apartments, clean our clothes, furniture, etc. Daily absorption of water as a drink improves all regulatory processes in the body, because each human cell consists of water (well, the brain for as many as 70 percent). It is for this reason, when we use insufficient amount of liquid (we need to drink up to 2 liters of liquid per day), eat badly, drink a lot of alcohol, coffee - we lose our natural moisture, which leads to dehydration of the body, well-being. Hence the conclusion - it is necessary to regulate the amount of fluid in the body and prevent dehydration.

But these are not the only useful properties of water that a person can use for his own good. Unexplained, but true - water is an excellent conductor of human energy, as well as an information reader. For sure, each of us, at least guessed about the similar properties of water, when tired after a hard day's work, taking a shower or a hot bath, a person became fresh and rested. If you have not seen this, try to compare your physical state, mood after any load before taking a bath and after. This is justified by the fact that water is a kind of filter that literally sucks in itself all the negative energy, negative particles - everything that accumulates for a day for any person who is exposed to stress. It is quite natural that swimming as one of the elements of interaction with water, has a beneficial effect on his physical and emotional health. Is it only for this reason that many people enjoy spending their free time in swimming pools, and if possible, in natural water bodies?

As it turned out, there are plenty of answers. During swimming, a person is immediately in two very favorable conditions for the body:

1. In a horizontal position, when all the muscle groups work, and the spine is not as tense as when walking;

2. Swimming takes place in a favorable environment, in water, which positively affects a person. When we swim, all groups of muscles work, the person is in a relaxed state, which improves blood circulation, normalizes the work of the heart and other internal organs. T

Pores on the human body open as well, "skin breathing" becomes better, as a result of which a person begins to look healthier, blooming and to some extent even shining from the inside. Swimming in the pool or in any other pond improves the work of the central nervous system, which means that insomnia and neuroses go away, working capacity increases (it's not for nothing that some brilliant composers and painters swam in the reservoirs for several hours a day, and then went to their workshops and created) . Swimming classes (unprofessional, and so for themselves) are recommended for almost all groups of people. You can begin to swim already in childhood, because it promotes growth, proper development and formation of all muscle groups, as well as tempering the body, because the temperature of the water is always lower than body temperature, therefore, with constant visits to swimming pools / reservoirs, the body begins to actively combat colds and hardening takes place. It is especially good when this process begins already in childhood, which will allow the child to grow healthy and strong.

In water, you can do various exercises that are hard to perform on the surface. This is possible due to the fact that in water all objects are much lighter than their weight. But this does not diminish the effectiveness of these exercises, but rather increases. Such water gymnastics will be useful for the majority of women who dream of losing weight and tightening their muscles, especially after a long and cold winter, for which we manage to gain extra pounds and somewhat worsen their shape. One of the big pluses is that no one sees you under the water, you can swim as you like, with any style, and at least you can paddle like a dog, it will still be good for your organism. Swimming is also useful for pregnant women - allows you to relax the muscles of the back and abdomen, which contributes to easier labor (for example, the birth in the water has long been known). Swimming is also useful for men, as the correct and beautiful musculature on the body is formed, which will surely attract lovely ladies. Classes in the pool are also useful for the elderly in order to maintain health, prevent joint diseases from manifesting and keep the heart and vessels functioning in working order.

To all the advantages of this sport, you can also include the load on the respiratory system, positive, of course. Swimming, due to inhalations and exhalations, movement by hands in the water, allows you to fully open the chest, and therefore easy and breathe, as they say "full chest". That's positive as swimming affects human health!

If you do not want to compete for the Russian national swimming team, do not want to increase your muscles, more than it was laid by nature, do not dream of being told about you - "yes it has shoulders like a swimmer", I advise you to go swimming a couple of times in a week, in order to always be in excellent physical condition, with a good mood, strong nerves and a positive attitude in life.
