We will talk about the characteristics of the women's team and ways to survive in it.

1. Competition
The first thing that catches your eye in the team is the competition of colleagues for a place in the sun. It is not as pronounced as it would have been if most of the employees were men, but that does not mean that competition does not exist. Women tend to look better, do better. It would seem, some pluses. But the peculiarity of women's competition is that they pay more attention not to personal achievements, but to the competition was bad. 4. Envy

The women's team is the place where there is always someone who has a finer fur coat, a husband is kinder, and the salary is higher. Often the usual envy becomes the cause of squabbling. But it can be advantageously manipulated for its own purposes. For example, if you are ignored for some reason and do not take it for a long time, share the well-spent days off, your leisure time. It is important to make it clear that without boring gatherings with colleagues, you do not suffer. Most likely, you will be invited next time, even if only so that you do not have fun, while colleagues are frankly bored. But do not overdo it. If you are jealous of you too much, then women will not be particularly choosy about the means and will find a way to ruin your life. Therefore, know the measure and never boast.

5. Stormy emotions.
In terms of restraint, the female team is much inferior to the male. But this is not surprising. At one problem in the family, the other was chided by the boss, the third PMS, the fourth climax, the fifth is divorced, the sixth is getting married - passions are boiling, as in the Brazilian TV series. Therefore, the cause of a big scandal can be any little thing. It would seem that calm and reasonable women can not afford to look hysterical, but for some reason they allow.
