- vegetable oil - 1/3 Glass

- ripe pineapple, cut into thin wedges - 1 piece

- baking powder - 11/2 Teaspoons
- soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- cream - 3/4 Cups
- Big Eggs - 2 Pieces
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mold the form with baking paper and oil it. Sprinkle the bottom with sugar - 1/4 cup. Cut the pineapple into long wedges (about 10 cm in length) and lay out in a form in several rows of 4 pieces. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt together, set aside. In a large bowl, whip the cream, eggs, vanilla, butter, and the remaining 3/4 cups of sugar. Add the mixture of flour, mix. Pour the dough onto the pineapples. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in the form for 20 minutes, then turn over to the dish.
