- bread from wheat - 2 Slices
- ground beef - 1 Kilogram
- green onion, sliced - 1 Piece
- chopped onions - 2 st. spoons
- medium salsa - 1 glass
- whole grain Dijon mustard - 2 Art. spoons
- sauce Worcestershire - 1 Teaspoon
- chopped garlic - 2 st. spoons
- sauce barbecue - 1 st. spoon (salt and pepper to taste)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C). Soak the bread in warm water in a small bowl. Put the ground beef in a large bowl. Strain the bread and add to beef along with onion, onion, salsa, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands until a uniform mass is formed. Form a loaf and put in a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Drain excess fat and top with a barbecue sauce (Diana). Put again in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
